Responsibilities
Enable flawless execution and delivery of all field analytics related operations (Onelook, field reporting)
Identify opportunities for in-depth analytics based on ongoing trend assessments
Develop standard cross-brand metrics/KPIs and work with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance value of information in business performance and execution reports
Partner proactively with Brand Marketing, Sales, BI&A teams, and other internal/external matrix teams to deliver integrated solutions to emerging issues and questions
Manage ad-hoc requests to ensure all questions and investigations are researched and responded to appropriately to the relevant stakeholders
Implement best practice adoption for field reporting, applying appropriate levels of technical capability and subject matter expertise to address business questions
Perform QA/QC for all performance reporting deliverables, provide commentary on trends and key metrics and disseminate to appropriate business stakeholders
Execute market/business analysis to improve value to our patients through deepened market understanding and practical application
Centralize, streamline, and deliver all sales and marketing reports in a flawless and timely manner
Manage and execute the evaluation, improvement, and development of self-service reporting tools/capabilities, including Onelook
Provide input/feedback to improve and enhance capabilities related to analytics deliverables including evaluation of tools and platform to disseminate information to the field
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities
Effectively collaborate with a broad set of cross functional counterparts (including Strategy & Operations Leads, Brand Leadership, and Sales Operations) to achieve organizational objectives
Qualifications
BA/BS Required (quantitative Area of Study Preferred)
5+ Years of relevant pharmaceutical experience for Associate Director
Experience interacting with marketing management, understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling their insight/analytical information requirements
Ability to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data, identify key findings and link to implications and provide recommendations
Strong creative problem-solving skills to answer key business questions
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams across organizational lines and structures
Compensation Overview Princeton - NJ - US: $167,540 - $203,013 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
