What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the Global Sales Compensation team for accurate calculation and administration of sales commissions
Collaborate on annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design with Sales Operations
Drive best practices for incentive compensation plan implementation
Partner with Finance, Sales, HR, and business leaders to ensure alignment of sales plans with business metrics
Provide insights on sales compensation performance to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
10-15 years of progressive experience in sales compensation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Exceptional customer service orientation
Experience with Xactly compensation system is strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead inclusive, engaged teams
Previous experience in a technology or IoT-focused company
Familiarity with industry best practices for sales compensation
