Base Pay Range
$160,000 – $210,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing
Own all aspects of the project schedule, budget, and team coordination
Drive preconstruction, buyout, and subcontractor onboarding
Lead owner communications, internal reporting, and cost control
Partner with field leadership to stay ahead of risks and maintain alignment
Deliver the project on time, under budget, and to the highest standards
What You Bring
8–12+ years of experience, including recent high-rise multifamily project leadership
Proven success on projects $50M+ with concrete structures
Strong working knowledge of Procore, scheduling tools, and Excel
Employment stability is a must—6–10+ years with no more than 1–2 employers preferred
Ability to collaborate, take ownership, and lead from start to finish
