Razorfish is looking for an Associate Director of Finance to support financial operations and analysis for a portfolio of client accounts. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will serve as a key business partner and work closely with client account leads, agency finance leads, and other Publicis Groupe stakeholders. Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial guidance and support to client services teams. Support development of client contracts, pricing, reporting, and any additional requirements; foster strong relationships with client procurement and finance stakeholders, serving as main point of contact. Monitor client budgets, forecast revenue, interpret financial data, and report on client profitability. Perform financial reconciliation of multiple brands/agencies across Groupe; build trust and credibility with clients by ensuring audit compliance and prompt reconciliations. Support financial analysis and reporting, including reporting monthly revenue variances to the VP of Finance; foster internal and external client relations, collaborating with Account, Project Managers, and Finance team leads. Conduct weekly reviews of Total Working Capital (TWC), ensuring timely updates and proactive management of outstanding balances; identify opportunities for revenue and profit growth and areas of improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 7–9 years of professional experience supporting financial operations, analysis, budgets, and P&L for multiple client accounts. Prior experience working in an advertising agency or large/complex matrixed environment; experience in client-facing capacity including delivering presentations, leading meetings, and collaborating to identify and resolve issues. Experience owning P&L responsibility for multiple accounts. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, etc.) and experience building presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial and CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.) strongly preferred; ability to concisely and clearly communicate complex ideas, concepts, data, and other information to key stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to develop and navigate relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple brands, teams, and functions; ability to provide guidance and support to multiple concurrent projects across various stages of completion. Desire to leverage AI to drive efficiency and productivity. Additional Information
