EXPERIENCED EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY NEEDED
Score Media is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join the Employment Law Department. The position will involve handling compliance audits, employee handbooks, defense litigation, and public entity case work.
Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Employment Law compliance, wage/hour audits, and defense litigation.
Experience with employee handbooks, employment law defense, and litigation.
Exclusively strong background in employment litigation and defense.
Experience with school district defense cases required.
Trial experience preferred but not required.
Experience with public entity defense desirable.
Knowledge of class action and PAGA inclusive.
Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degrees.
Member, State Bar of California in good standing.
Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Commitment to proactive case management.
Work Environment
