Responsibilities
Maintain strong presence across Horizon Media teams (Business Solutions, Investment, Traffic, Operations) and build cross-team relationships.
Act as day-to-day resource for client teams to prioritize projects and align media strategies with client objectives.
Oversee RFP creation, partner negotiations, and strategic social plan development in collaboration with Digital & Business Solutions teams.
Lead team brainstorms, develop forward-looking POVs on paid social media trends, tools, and emerging opportunities.
Manage and develop junior team members, set growth plans, conduct performance reviews, and coach for career goals.
Oversee junior team campaign buying, implement QA processes, and support measurement planning.
Maintain oversight of media plans, objectives, and strategy decks and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years of paid social media experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram; additional platforms preferred.
Expert verbal and written communication skills; able to present ideas internally and to clients.
Leadership and supervisory experience developing media professionals.
Data-powered strategist who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Understanding of marketing principles, analytics, and concepts.
Experience owning full social strategy process, including working with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Comfort owning and managing budget/investment levels in social media.
Exceptional communication skills; able to confidently present and “sell through” ideas.
Strong experience navigating cross-department relationships.
Salary Range: $2,115.38 to $2,500 per week.
