The Opportunity The AI Finance Senior Manager is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications.
The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in finance applications (planning, reporting, close/consolidation) combined with skills in enterprise data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (Gen AI) to support key finance personas.
One of the key responsibilities will focus on developing and implementing our “FDL consulting blueprint” service offering, creating an industry‑agnostic data model that can be used as a starting point and extended to ensure data consistency and interoperability across finance applications.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of system‑architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Tailor technology platforms to business processes, ensuring clients maximize their investment through effective use and continuous improvement.
Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management.
Support effective management and utilization of finance application data, harnessing Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Azure data technologies to drive innovation and business value.
Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships, driving high‑quality client services within budget and time constraints.
Collaborate with data scientists and finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying Machine Learning and Gen AI techniques to finance applications and personas.
Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, entity‑relationship diagrams, and data lineage maps.
Support the establishment and maintenance of a robust data governance framework for the FDL and oversee the scalability, performance, and security of the FDL Blueprint solution offering.
Stay current with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Gen AI, Data Management, and Azure technologies, identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
Travel as required for client engagements and project needs.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science.
Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with demonstrated expertise in:
Strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Financial modeling and scenario analysis
Variance analysis and management reporting
Cross‑functional collaboration with business stakeholders
Strong proficiency with EPM platforms, including hands‑on experience with:
Anaplan (Certified Model Builder preferred)
Oracle EPM Cloud Suite (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS)
Oracle Hyperion
OneStream, Tagetik, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of financial data architecture and governance, including:
Financial data modeling and dimensional design
Chart of accounts structuring and hierarchy management
Data quality standards and reconciliation processes
Master data management for finance applications
Knowledge of finance applications (PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Strong business skills, relationship management, commercial awareness, and communication.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; excellent oral and written communication.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred.

What We Offer
A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $171,600 to $392,100 nationwide (and $205,900 to $445,700 for NYC, Washington, CA).
