Overview The Manager will execute core tasks required to define, launch, and support our Correspondent Lending and Lender Finance programs. This role is highly hands‑on: preparing eligibility materials, building templates, onboarding counterparties, and managing daily workflows. You will help define program inputs, support data gathering, and ensure operational steps are completed accurately and consistently.
Key Responsibilities Program Operations & Requirements Definition
Build eligibility checklists, doc packages, and purchase review materials for correspondent loans.
Contribute to defining lender facility parameters, advance rate templates, and borrowing base inputs.
Gather and synthesize market research to inform segmentation, product updates, and pricing adjustments.
Maintain product matrices, documentation, and pricing grids.
Partner Onboarding & Coordination
Coordinate onboarding steps for correspondents and lenders, collecting required documents and data tapes.
Support operational setup with warehouse providers, custodians, and collateral agents.
Validate financials, performance data, reporting templates, and onboarding deliverables.
Daily Workflow Management
Track KPIs such as purchase cycle time, defects, exceptions, facility utilization, and covenant checks.
Perform QC checks, log exceptions, and follow up with partners on missing or incorrect items.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and weekly status updates.
Product & Process Execution Correspondent
Review eligibility conditions, documentation completeness, and purchase readiness checklists.
Assist with pricing calculations based on established grids and program rules.
Support collateral/custody workflows and trailing doc management.
Lender Finance
Update borrowing base files, covenant tracking sheets, and performance summary reports.
Help prepare lender monitoring packs and exception summaries.
Maintain facility documentation and collateral tracking logs.
Systems & Data
Enter and validate data in CRM/LOS systems, ensuring accuracy.
Upload and reconcile data tapes, strat files, and reporting files.
Support user testing on new workflows, fields, and system enhancements.
Process Administration
Follow defined SOPs, RACIs, SLAs, QC steps, and escalation workflows.
Log issues and support root‑cause analysis with internal teams.
Assist with training materials, documentation, and change management support.
Who You Are
1–3 years of mortgage/credit operations, correspondent lending, warehouse lending, or similar analytical/operational experience.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working in structured processes.
Effective communicator who can coordinate across functions and partner organizations.
Impact You will provide essential execution and coordination that keeps both lending channels running smoothly as they grow, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational rigor.
Work Environment This is a hybrid position which requires in‑office reporting to our Charlotte, NC office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is optional Monday and Friday.
Compensation The base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 per year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
