AI Finance - Senior Manager - Tech Consulting

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance, IT, and data science teams to manage and optimize finance application data.
Lead the design and delivery of system architecture solutions in partnership with technical teams.
Tailor technology platforms to business processes, ensuring clients maximize ROI through continuous improvement.
Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management.
Develop and implement the FDL consulting blueprint, creating an industry‑agnostic data model that ensures data consistency and interoperability.
Support the execution of the overall data management strategy for finance applications, defining data requirements and architecture.
Lead the design and implementation of a scalable common information model for the FDL Blueprint.
Collaborate with data scientists and finance leads to apply Machine Learning and Generative AI techniques to finance applications.
Ensure a robust data governance framework for the FDL and stay current with emerging AI and Azure technologies.
Travel as required for client engagements and project delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum seven years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud Suite, Oracle Hyperion, or OneStream.
Solid understanding of financial data architecture, governance, modeling, chart of accounts, and master data management.
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and commercial awareness skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while adopting emerging technologies.
Willingness to travel for client needs.
Ideal Qualifications
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
