Base Pay Range $30.00/hr – $47.00/hr
Role Overview Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator (temporary to permanent) supporting a high‑volume HR team at a prestigious global law firm. Responsibilities include candidate experience, administrative support, and special projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinate talent acquisition activities for assigned practice groups, including lateral hiring and occasional support for student recruitment activities.
Assist in all stages of the lateral recruitment process, including creating requisitions, scheduling interviews, and gathering feedback.
Communicate with candidates, search firms, and internal stakeholders, manage conflicts and background checks.
Collaborate on special projects such as market intelligence research and data analysis.
Prepare and process payment of vendor invoices and maintain expense records.
Assist with executing agreements for new agency relationships.
Support summer associate recruitment activities and coordinate practice group events.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and create reports for HR and business leadership.
Ensure a stellar candidate experience while maintaining a strong recruitment brand.
Be available for occasional flexible or extended hours as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3+ years in legal recruitment or a similar professional services environment.
Previous law firm experience is essential.
Experience with Taleo, Workday or a similar ATS database is essential.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
