Position Overview As a
Sales Executive
with LoopNet you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with the world’s top owners and brokers to build comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Success requires building long‑lasting, service‑focused client relationships, advising on product frequency and reach, and highlighting return on investment using proprietary analytics and reporting tools. You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations, supported by extensive classroom and field training.
Key Responsibilities
Build client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on marketing strategy.
Prospect new clients and close new business using CoStar Group’s property data.
Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends.
Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication.
Conduct in‑person meetings, requiring travel by car and potentially outside the office driving radius.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited, in‑person college/university.
4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, or business intelligence/analytics.
Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
Track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas emphasizing customer experience.
Current and valid driver’s license.
Successful completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long‑term relationships and business partnerships with senior/C‑Suite clients.
Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
Access to a motor vehicle at or before the start date.
Adaptability to changing situations in a high‑growth company.
Self‑starter capable of working independently and within a team.
