Establish and maintain relationships with Brokers, Consultants, and Employers within the assigned territory Engage with senior executives (C‑suite, Benefits, Rewards) of mid‑size employers (1,000 to 8,000 employee lives) Deliver presentations to educate prospects on the employer's health and care experience platform Negotiate contracts and facilitate the transition to Implementation and Account Services post‑sale Provide marketplace intelligence on product and service needs What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience selling complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions, such as SaaS or healthcare IT Proven ability to navigate strategic levels of customer organizations and build relationships with key decision‑makers Demonstrated track record of developing an organic pipeline through prospecting employers and consultants Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to executives and benefits professionals Bachelor’s degree and strong aptitude with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM (Salesforce) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Well‑established relationships with employers, consultants, brokers, and TPAs within the territory Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts Ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
