What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and lead a team of Mid-Market Sales Directors, fostering growth and innovation in sales strategies
Build and maintain key relationships with clients as the team expands across the US market
Engage senior-level executives in strategic meetings to align on sales strategies and objectives
Deliver high-quality results by consistently exceeding sales quotas and team metrics
Collaborate with existing leaders to enhance go-to-market strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience leading a sales team in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and team metrics
Deep understanding of the sales process and consumer insights
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with household panel data such as Nielsen and/or Circana
Comfort with travel as required for client meetings
