What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage a multi-state territory, building and maintaining relationships with partners and generating Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Conduct finalist presentations and provide product training to decision makers and partners
Plan and coordinate travel logistics for meetings and events across the assigned territory
Log and utilize Salesforce as a CRM for tracking sales activities and managing relationships
Participate in team meetings and prioritize growth opportunities within the market
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of two years of sales experience in the payroll, HCM, or employee benefits industry
Strong interpersonal skills related to emotional intelligence and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Proven record of intrinsic motivation and a competitive spirit
Ability to travel at least once a month within the assigned territory
Computer proficiency and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
