Elevate is recruiting a
Junior Commercial Attorney
for a temporary remote position for our Centre of excellence in Cracow, Poland.
This role will give you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and highly professional environment, working directly with a diverse and wide range of stakeholders to deliver innovative, holistic and commercial solutions.
This is a temporary role to support the project with a daily workload of 4–5 hours.
Please, be informed that only Poland-based candidates are considered for this role.
Responsibilities
Reviewing document bundles provided in electronic form by the client.
Identifying relevant documents & removing irrelevant documents from the bundles.
Raising & resolving issues within the bundles – e.g. missing & deficient documents.
Managing the query escalation & response process with the client.
Once document-level issues are resolved:
Considering document bundle simplicity/complexity and designating whether the document bundle is suitable for AI-led or 'human' legal review; and
Instructing the legal team to commence its review.
Updating tracking platforms/spreadsheets showing status & progress in real-time.
Experience
At least 6 months of legal experience in Banking & Finance, Commercial Contracting, Real Estate or Dispute Resolution within a law firm or in-house role.

Qualifications
Law Degree or last year student.
Working proficiency in English.
