Program Specialist

Job Summary Under general supervision, the Program Specialist performs administrative and operational duties to support an academic department, school, or college, providing academic and instructional support to faculty.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative, academic, and instructional support to faculty, deans, and adjuncts.
Coordinate and facilitate College of Law events, including catering, accommodations, meeting sites, and materials.
Assist in recording and maintaining accurate grades, creating and monitoring courses.
Prepare, input, upload, and administer exam materials; conduct exam preparation and proctoring.
Proofread and distribute course materials for correct grammar, format, and content.
Assist with preparation of documents for submission to the American Association of Law Schools, ABA accreditation files, and faculty promotion files.
Prepare travel authorizations, expense reports, requisitions, and reconcile credit card transactions in PantherSoft.
Maintain donor management systems such as Razor’s Edge; assist the Director of Development with meetings, outreach, and donor events.
Arrange meeting rooms, equipment, catering for meetings and special events; reconcile credit card expenses.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of office or related experience coordinating functions of an office or department.
Desired Qualifications Experience in Development, Advancement, donor management systems, or fundraising is welcome but not required.
