Electrical Project Superintendent - Data Centers
Base Pay Range: $110,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
A well-established electrical contracting firm is seeking a Traveling Electrical Project Superintendent with 8+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction. The role plays a key part in scheduling, monitoring, and managing the day-to-day execution of large-scale Mission Critical / Data Center projects, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and evaluate project team members
Assist Project Managers with preparing and maintaining construction schedules
Plan and direct manpower utilization and material usage to meet project goals
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, safety, and incident logs
Coordinate with other trades and general contractors to identify and resolve conflicts
Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs
Ensure all installations meet quality standards and electrical code requirements
Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent leading Mission Critical and/or Data Center Constructions
Strong background in project scheduling, planning, and field coordination
Knowledge of estimating processes is a plus
Experience with Accubid, Conest, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel), MS Teams, and SharePoint
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Commitment to safety practices
Willingness to travel
