Mobile Director of Nursing (DON)
Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking a Mobile Director of Nursing to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team.
Overview As Acting Director of Nursing, you will travel to different locations in Iowa to provide DON coverage. You will lead the Clinical Department, ensuring high standard of care, fostering inclusive culture, setting and attaining goals, inspiring your team, solving problems, and overseeing all aspects of the department. PRN—execution of DON, ADON, or MDS duties as needed.

Qualifications To be eligible:
Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Science, Nursing or related field.
Unencumbered Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license.
5+ years of RN experience.
Prior department management experience; previous Director of Nursing or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
