Key Responsibilities

Become a Product Expert : Master the full spectrum of our vehicle lineup, including current technologies, trim levels, and package options for both new and pre‑owned models.

Build Lifetime Client Relationships : Engage customers with authenticity and professionalism to foster long‑term loyalty and repeat business.

Practice Consultative Selling : Guide clients through the vehicle selection process by asking insightful questions and tailoring recommendations to their needs.

Qualities we’re looking for

Minimum of 3 years in the automotive industry, with proven progression in prior roles

Demonstrated career stability and growth across positions

Track record of delivering outstanding customer service, building trust, and driving satisfaction

Leadership rooted in empathy, listening, and team development

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining an excellent attendance record

Professional presentation and demeanor that aligns with the Empire Hyundai brand

Energetic, team‑oriented mindset with enthusiasm, friendliness, and dependability

Adaptable to weekend and holiday scheduling as needed

Open to feedback and driven to improve and evolve

Strong multitasking and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
