Overview
Mass General Brigham is a not‑for‑profit organization dedicated to patient care, research, teaching and community service. The Clinical Research Coordinator will support the CMIST (Contrast‑enhanced Mammography Imaging Screening Trial) at the Department of Radiology, Massachusetts General Hospital, working under the direct supervision of a principal investigator radiologist.
Job Summary The Coordinator will manage all aspects of the CMIST study, including recruitment, scheduling, study documentation, subject‑oriented procedures, report preparation and administrative tasks. The role may also involve clinical duties and phlebotomy, depending on study needs. The position will begin January 2026.
Responsibilities
Recruit patients for the CMIST trial and conduct phone interviews.
Verify the accuracy of study forms and update them per protocol.
Prepare data for analysis and enter study data.
Document patient visits and procedures.
Assist with regulatory binders and QA/QC procedures.
Assist with interviewing study subjects and regulatory submissions.
Perform clinical tests such as phlebotomy and EKGs as required.
Maintain and update data generated by the study.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (a degree can be substituted with relevant experience).
0–1 year of relevant research project work (preferably experience in prospective clinical trials).
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to follow directions.
Basic medical terminology knowledge.
Comfortable working independently and proactively managing the trial.
Phlebotomy experience is preferred.
Computer literacy and working knowledge of clinical research protocols.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism toward study subjects.

Pay Range: $19.76 – $28.44 per hour
