Role Overview
Lead Global Process Design in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Workforce Enablement, promotions, demotions, terminations, organizational management, and time‑off processes, working with the larger HCM project team, customers, and a third‑party systems integrator.
Responsibilities
Deep experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central solution, Workforce Enablement, promotions, demotions, terminations, etc.
Organizational Management and Time‑off processes.
Plan design workshops, conduct system demonstrations, educate the customer on SF functionality, conduct workshops and document requirements.
Use Activate with a fit‑to‑standard approach, describing SAP best practices.
Qualifications
Strong background in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience in workforce enablement and HR process design.
Knowledge of SAP best practices and Activate methodology.
