We’re on the search for a Store Manager that will be at the forefront of bringing the fandom to life. You’ll lead the store in achieving store objectives regarding sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You’ll be a retail leader capable of handling various challenges. You’ll focus on developing talent and providing excellent customer service. In short, you’re a superhero.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensure your store meets sales and comparable sales goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate and collaborative team. Create customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling. Lead an operationally sound business with a balance of organization, delegation, and customer-focused selling practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting the business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback. Analyze sales reports and data to guide strategy and meet sales targets. Implement new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply ownership responsibly. Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams. High school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment. Interest in pop culture fandoms and music trends. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Salary range: $24.55 - $30.70 per hour.
