We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead our store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing, and managing performance. You’ll be a retail leader who can handle various challenges, develop talent, and deliver outstanding customer service. Essentially, you’re a superhero.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Achieve sales and comparable sales goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team. Create customer engagement through social media, web applications, and clienteling. Manage store operations with a balance of structure, delegation, and customer focus. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and external factors affecting the business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback. Use sales reports and data to guide strategies for hitting sales targets. Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply spending responsibly. Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented, passionate team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience, with success in team leadership and operational skills. High school diploma or GED; degree preferred. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment. Interest in pop culture and music trends. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds. Salary: $24.55 - $30.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
