We’re seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing a talented team, and delivering excellent customer service. Essentially, you’ll be a superhero in our retail story.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Achieve sales and comparable sales goals. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate team. Create engagement through social media, web applications, and clienteling. Maintain operational excellence, balancing organization, delegation, and customer focus. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, schedules, and external factors affecting business. Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback. Use sales data to inform strategy and meet targets. Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and manage supply spending responsibly. Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time. Mentor and recognize staff to build a talented team. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1-2 years of retail management experience leading successful teams. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment. Interest in pop culture and music trends. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range: $24.55 - $30.70 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
