Motion Recruitment An up and coming software company is currently looking to bring on a Chief Financial Officer for a full time role. This role will be 5x a week in Costa Mesa and there will be a two step interview process for the role. The ideal candidate is someone who's currently a CFO or a Vice President of Finance who is looking to become a Chief Financial Officer. You'll be part of a culture where everyone is super passionate and wants to see the company grow!
Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Qualifications
Candidates who are already in a Vice President of Finance title or a Chief Financial Officer title Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving skills Prepare monthly required work paper account analysis to support balance sheet and income statement Operate budget preparation and budget variance analysis Leading and driving controllership efforts throughout finance and operating functions Assist in developing and executing the Operating Plan Oversee the financial department and corresponding systems Establish a solid and fluid financial reporting link with the Board regarding the objectives and progress of the brands and the Company Oversee and manage the corporate finances of Company Analyze and model strategic initiatives
