Multistack, the leading manufacturer and creator of modular chiller systems, is seeking an
Inventory Control Specialist
to join our team. This role will assess and monitor warehouse transactions, track inventory, enter data into relevant databases, and resolve quantity discrepancies.
Location: Sparta, a short 20-minute drive from La Crosse.

Responsibilities
Work with production, purchasing, and scheduling to ensure all required components are accounted for in the production schedule.
Assist purchasing with accurate ordering of materials and accurate recording of inventory.
Ensure each area has the required parts for daily work assignments and issue materials in our database.
Coordinate with the receiving clerk to place parts in the correct location.
Interact with disciplines to identify and address part shortages.
Facilitate the moving of materials from various locations to the production floor.
Attend all production meetings with workflow updates.
Optimize inventory space through continual organizational improvements.
Coordinate inventory transportation between the Sparta and La Crosse warehouses.
Update Bills of Materials.
Perform regular inventory cycle counts.
Assist with year‑end physical inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Inventory control experience.
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong communication skills.
Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
Forklift experience.
