What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own the planning, execution, reporting, and oversight of identified MedSurg growth programs within the Continuum of Care portfolio
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and articulate programmatic opportunities to stakeholders
Act as a subject matter expert while working with Regional Managers to cultivate new business and manage existing accounts
Respond to clients quickly and accurately to ensure opportunities are acted upon
Update tracking tools and administrative reports, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a relevant role
3+ years of experience in MedSurg and account management in a matrixed organization
Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences in both in-person and electronic formats
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree
Expertise in business analytics and program/project management
Experience with MedSurg supplier or distributor contract connections with a major GPO
History of managing complex MedSurg programs to drive growth
Strong relationship management skills
