Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
  • Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Need to be Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
