Global Operations - Office Services Manager
Join Creative Artists Agency (CAA) as the Office Services Manager for our New York headquarters. This role oversees daily office operations—including mail delivery, shipping, copy and print services, records management, and supply logistics—to ensure a smooth, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise inbound and outbound mail processing (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL), oversee mail sorting, routing, and tracking.
Coordinate messenger and courier services, including same‑day deliveries, and manage data custody protocols for sensitive shipments.
Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments for offices, events, and productions, ensuring timely receipt, inspection, and distribution.
Manage print and copy production, including binding, formatting, and maintenance of equipment, and maintain secure file handling for confidential items.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, manage inventory, track consumables, and support cost‑efficient procurement processes.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring compliance with retention schedules and secure document handling.
Oversee performance of third‑party vendors for shipping, printing, and other services, monitor budgets, review invoices, and enforce service level agreements.
Lead the office services team, assign daily tasks, balance workloads, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high service standards.
Requirements
3‑5 years of experience in office services, facilities, or operations (preferably in an entertainment or corporate environment).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internal mail/shipping systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and support office moves as needed.
Experience collaborating in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Location and Work Conditions Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm in our New York office.
Compensation The annual base salary for this position is $73,000 – $91,000, with eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonuses. Salary may vary based on experience, role duration, business sector, and geography.
