Position Overview: A Tax Manager is needed for our firm, which has offices in Chandler and Scottsdale, Arizona. You have the option of working from Scottsdale or Chandler. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical skills reviewing tax returns and projects associated with partnerships, S corporations, and individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, instruct, and guide fellow team members regarding tax procedures.
- Train tax employees on soft skills.
- Compile tax-related information and draft memos.
- Gain practical understanding of your clients' companies.
- Interact with clients gathering information, resolving problems, and recommending solutions.
- Construct and grow a new business.
- Minimum 5 years tax experience in public accounting.
- 4 year accounting or finance degree.
- Management experience in public accounting firm.
- Dedication to superior client service.
- Highly motivated self-starter able to multitask and complete assignments within deadlines.
- Professional, dependable, honest, and trustworthy, combined with a cooperative attitude.
