OCG employs over 200 people across three manufacturing facilities in the Chicago area and is committed to providing world-class products and excellent customer service. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the engineering team, overseeing development, integrating various engineering processes, and managing projects from inception to completion. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the team meets technical requirements and delivery schedules, while also working closely with other departments to support the company's objectives. Qualifications Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills Experience in Process Development and Integration Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chicago Area Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must Seniority level
