What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Determine a long-term technical vision and scope of future projects while reviewing existing projects - Lead end-to-end product development efforts for the employer's suite of products - Own and contribute to major features and areas of the products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities - Mentor engineers in a fast-paced, user-focused environment
What is Required (Qualifications): - Must have experience in the AdTech domain or strong proficiency in the Go programming language - 12+ years of professional experience in the software industry - Experience with web services, microservices, or other service-oriented architecture (SOA) - Relational database experience, such as MySQL, Postgres, or Oracle, and experience with complex SQL - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field - Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms - Knowledge of modern programming languages, especially Java and Go - Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, especially AWS, Azure, or GCP - Hands-on experience designing and delivering high-quality scalable software
