As a bootstrapped, AI-powered startup, we need a Head of Operations to own our operational engine while our CEO focuses on product and clients. The Role Take complete ownership of operations from day one: Financial planning and P&L management Build scalable systems and processes Hire and manage lean, effective teams Implement AI tools to multiply our efficiency Who You Are 4-7 years building operations (startup or consulting experience ideal) Track record of doing more with less Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, EXA, Serif, Origami Agents, Gumloop, etc.) Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Comfortable working with executive-level and UHNW clients Excited to own outcomes, not just advise What Makes This Different Real ownership: You run ops like it's your business Bootstrapped discipline: Smart growth without burning cash AI leverage: Use tools to compete with firms 50x our size Direct impact: Your work directly unlocks our growth Compensation Base: $180-220K + bonus Equity: meaningful ownership Location: SF Bay Area preferred, remote possible Seniority level
