Document interactions and maintain client records in our CRM system.
Requirements
Previous experience in a
travel agency or customer support
role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms and CRMs.
