Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18
Minimum 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
Prior retail or management experience required
Work up to 38 hours per week.
