Spencer’s Hourly rate: $20.75 to $21.00, depending on qualifications. Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage. Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Requirements
Minimum age 18. Work up to 38 hours per week. Physical demands include >8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience required.
