Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Work up to 38 hours per week.
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement: 18.
Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
