Position Summary We are currently hiring a Breast Imaging Tracking Specialist who will be responsible for tracking all breast imaging reports/results and logging reported recommendations for follow‑ups, biopsy, etc. The BI Tracking Specialist ensures confidentiality, security and integrity of data and information in accordance with NYS privacy laws and UHP's policy and procedure. This role is stationed in our Family Health Center in Corona, Queens.
Job Description Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule.
Candidates considered for this role will be invited to attend a special holiday hiring event being held on Wednesday, December 17th with a start date in early January 2026.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Previous experience working in a community‑based health center or similar setting ideally with breast imaging and/or mammography is a huge plus.
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
1 year of administrative experience.
Proficiency with computers and software.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task.
Key Duties
Add mammography patients to all the radiology templates for screening mammograms.
Generate and mail PENRAD letters to communicate results daily.
Participate in orientation, training and quality initiatives as determined by organizational and departmental requirements.
Assist PSRs in scheduling follow‑up breast imaging appointments.
Track all breast imaging reports/results and log reported recommendations for follow‑up, biopsy, etc.
Prepare packages for biopsy in outside facilities, including coordination of biopsy and pathology reports.
Compensation Minimum $19.50 per hour ($40,560 annually)
