Rockville Maryland , is seeking a

Technical Lead (hybrid)

with strong expertise across

Salesforce

and

Mulesoft

platforms. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise-level architecture, lead a talented development team, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that enable key business operations.

who thrives in fast‑paced environments — someone who can guide teams, design robust architectures, and ensure that complex business needs are transformed into elegant, efficient, and secure technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce and Mulesoft developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Architect and design

end-to-end solutions

leveraging Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and Mulesoft’s

Anypoint Platform .

Define and enforce

technical standards, best practices, and governance

for Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL) and Mulesoft integrations (API design, security, deployment).

Act as a

hands-on contributor , developing and optimizing high-quality, maintainable code.

Oversee the full

software development lifecycle (SDLC) , from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

Manage Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools and automation frameworks.

Design and maintain

API integrations

between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouse, and external platforms).

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Stay current with emerging technologies within the Salesforce and Mulesoft ecosystems and recommend strategic enhancements.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive

Salesforce development

experience.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II

required.

Mulesoft Certified Developer

strongly preferred.

Deep hands-on experience with

Apex, LWC/Aura, Visualforce, and API integrations .

3+ years of

Mulesoft Anypoint Platform

experience (Design Center, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Anypoint Studio).

Solid understanding of

integration patterns , REST/SOAP APIs, asynchronous messaging, and data security principles.

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with

external enterprise systems .

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative hybrid team.
