Responsible for both overseeing the preparation, analysis and presentation of accurate financial performance reports (Budget and Actual), while also managing the financial systems that produce these reports (Adaptive Insights). The role involves compliance with Company policies and procedures, providing strategic financial insights and implementing or improving financial reporting systems. The role collaborates with the key Finance stakeholders to align all finance functions and drive improvements, specifically in the performance reporting and analytics process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function‑related activities in addition to the below‑mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
Financial Reporting and Analysis (Actuals process)
Lead the preparation of standard accurate and timely financial performance reports, in compliance with company policies and procedures. This also includes analyzing financial data and providing insightful analysis and commentary to senior management.
Financial Reporting and Analysis (Budget and Forecast process)
Lead the preparation of standard accurate and timely Budget and Forecast Reports, including analyzing financial data and providing insightful analysis and commentary to senior management.
Systems Management and Optimization
Oversee the organization’s consolidation and reporting software (Adaptive Insights). Including managing systems upgrades, integration projects, and ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
Systems Maintenance and Support
Providing first line support, troubleshooting systems issues and performing maintenance tasks
Testing and Upgrades
Testing systems upgrades and new implementations to ensure they function correctly.
Process Improvement
Identify areas for process improvements and automation within financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This includes evaluating existing systems and processes and recommending solutions to streamline workflows.
Data Management
Ensure the security and integrity of financial data
User Training
Train users on how to effectively use the Adaptive Insights system
Work with Finance and I.T departments to ensure the system meets business needs and complies with the company’s policies and procedures.

Education
Experience
☒ 8+ years relevant experience
Specific Related Experience:
Skills
Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision
Well organized
Proficiency in SAP / Adaptive Insights
Strong ability to analyze data, identify issues and find solutions
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to trouble shoot technical issues, identify problems and provide solutions
Project management skills to oversee system implementations and improvements
