Your Responsibilities
Providing professional and efficient support to ICT customers by participating in 3rd level support for problem management and request fulfillment. Managing and supporting security and network infrastructure core components (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Juniper…). Deploying and supporting security data center infrastructure solutions. Ensuring optimized utilization of infrastructure resources. Creating and improving procedures, facilitating communication, and supporting problem resolution. Your Profile
Master’s degree or equivalent with recognized knowledge, experience, and competencies in supporting or building customer security infrastructure and networking. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting or building customer security infrastructure and networking. Deep understanding of network and security infrastructure (BGP, firewall, load balancer). Python scripting knowledge to improve efficiency in data center components administration. Good organizational skills and capacity to work autonomously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and customer focus. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. Solution-driven with sharp analytical skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of German, French, and/or Luxembourgish is an asset. POST is open to considering enthusiastic and ambitious candidates who may less closely match the requirements.
