Position Summary

Competitive Pay: $20/hour

Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers.


• Resolve customer inquiries, providing education on products and services.


• Process payments efficiently and accurately.


• Navigate through multiple computer applications to deliver accurate information.


• Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.


• 1 year of Call Center experience.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.


• Strong interpersonal and typing skills.


• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
