The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
Salary & Benefits Hourly rate ranges from $20.75 to $21.00 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Work Hours & Physical Demands This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
