High-visibility role managing the full financial oversight, reporting, and compliance cycle for our growing Real Estate investment portfolio and Funds.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Monthly/Quarterly Reporting:
Own the GAAP/REIT financial close, reporting, and review of promote/management fees for all real estate assets.
Investor & Partner Management:
Coordinate all investor capital calls and distributions. Serve as the primary financial liaison for Joint Venture Partners.
Audit & Compliance:
Lead coordination for annual
Fund-level audits
and compliance reviews (with Fund Administrator).
Strategy & Analysis:
Manage
Fund cash availability , review internal/external valuations, and act as the key finance contact for Investment, Tax, and Legal teams.
Process Improvement:
Drive special projects focused on system integrity and internal process efficiency (Yardi experience a plus).
General Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Experience:
2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, mandatory focus in Real Estate (Investment Manager or Big 4 background preferred).
Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
CPA strongly preferred.
Skills:
Extremely detail-oriented, highly professional, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
