Responsibilities
Establish and maintain guest services.
Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands include up to 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Work up to 38 hours per week.
