As the Director for Amazon's Homepage and Navigation, you'll lead the product strategy and vision for the experiences that define first impressions and guide every customer journey. You'll own the product roadmap for personalized homepage experiences that seamlessly connect customers to everything Amazon has to offer — from everyday essentials to Prime Video premieres, new device launches to services like Healthcare.
This role sits at the intersection of personalization technology, large‑scale distributed systems, and customer obsession. You'll partner with world‑class engineering teams managing tier‑1 platforms.

Key job responsibilities
Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical Detail Page features
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver customer centric innovations
Own key business metrics including conversion, customer satisfaction, and revenue
Partner with senior leadership to align Detail Page strategy with broader Amazon goals
Drive technical architecture decisions that impact hundreds of millions of customers
Mentor and develop Sr. product and technical talent
Basic Qualifications
15+ years of product management experience
10+ years of people management experience, including managing managers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Track record of delivering results in large‑scale consumer‑facing products
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master's degree
Experience with high‑traffic e‑commerce platforms
Strong technical background with system design experience
Proven track record of innovation and product development
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
Experience managing geographically distributed teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $237,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $350,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
