Key Responsibilities:
Monitor design and construction progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Implement and oversee quality assurance and control processes throughout all project phases.
Manage technical interfaces between contractors, third parties, and other client projects to mitigate design and construction risks.
Oversee logistics planning and execution during all construction phases, considering operational and maintenance impacts.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and dispute resolution related to inspection deviations.
Serve as technical liaison across all client projects
Identify and resolve interface issues between terminal contracts and other client projects.
Support risk management efforts, schedule integration, and cost control initiatives.
Facilitate schedule alignment across parallel client projects
Lead interface coordination meetings and ensure systems integration across projects.
Track schedule progress, identify risks to milestones, and manage sequencing of work.
Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality requirements.
Support estimating activities in coordination with the ADG team, including reviewing design-builder estimates for compliance and fair market value.
Evaluating change proposals and preparing records of negotiation.
Software & Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
Familiarity with project management information systems.
Working knowledge of CAD or Revit is a plus.
Qualifications:
20+ years of experience, preferably on large-scale projects ($250M+). Aviation a plus.
Expertise in various project delivery methods (DBB, CMAR, Design/Build).
Strong leadership and management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Aviation, or related field (Masters preferred).
Relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP).
