Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain automated test fixtures.
Develop test software in LabVIEW or Python and C.
Author test plans, procedures, and automated scripts.
Contribute to peer reviews, traceability, and regression execution.
Execute and document validation activities in regulated environments.
Produce user-facing technical documentation and maintain configuration management.
Collaborate with Systems, Quality/Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with strong hardware experience.
3–6+ years of experience in test engineering or test automation in new product development.
Proficiency in LabVIEW or strong skills in Python and C.
Strong communication skills and a team‑player mentality.
Ability to create clear technical documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable with Hi‑Pot/dielectric testing concepts and functional safety verification practices.
Experience with medical devices and exposure to TMV/Gage R&R practices.
Fixture design/build experience, including electrical schematics, wiring, safety interlocks, and enclosure layout.
Schematic capture/PCB design, power electronics, and safety‑critical testing experience.
Work Environment This is an onsite position requiring presence at the facility five days a week. The work environment includes opportunities to collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure requirements coverage, safety compliance, and design‑for‑manufacturing feedback. Employees enjoy benefits such as two weeks of paid time off and observed holidays.
