Job Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain sophisticated capacity models for resource allocation

Lead capacity planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels across all channels

Collaborate with Vendor Managers and BPO teams on forecasts and resource needs

Monitor intraday patterns to proactively manage volume fluctuations and service levels

Deliver actionable insights through weekly reporting and identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a Workforce Management Analyst or similar role in a large organization

Expertise in workforce management software and proficiency in Google Office Suite

Strong experience with data analysis tools and forecasting methods

Proficiency in SQL for database management and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM solutions like Salesforce or Zendesk

Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar tools

Background in high-volume, multi-channel contact center environments

Experience managing workforce planning during peak seasons or rapid growth

Knowledge of statistical programming languages such as Python or R
