We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This role is based in Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; or San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities
Prospecting and Business Development:
Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients through networking, industry events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Consultative Selling:
Understand customer priorities and tailor SaaS solutions; establish as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders; articulate value propositions and ROI. Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders; understand organizational structures and decision-making processes. Solution Presentation:
Deliver executive-level presentations and product demos, emphasizing ROI and business value. Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations, collaborate with legal and finance teams, and meet or exceed sales targets. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing, customer success, product, and leadership to ensure alignment and gather feedback for product development. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years in sales, with 5+ years in quota-carrying enterprise sales. Proven track record of over-achieving and closing multi-million dollar deals. Experience selling to CxOs and managing complex sales cycles. Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence. Proficient in Salesforce and process-driven. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Benefits
